HIV infection is not the cause of AIDS. Severe immune deficiencies, commonly referred to as AIDS, result from the toxicity of many recreational drugs and of most antiretroviral medications, from the abuse of antibiotics and certain therapeutic protocols, from inappropriate life style, and/or from malnutrition, alone or combined. 2 - The existence of HIV has been appropriately demonstrated;

4 - Antiretroviral medications are helpful for AIDS sufferers;
5 - Seropositivity indicates an active process of HIV infection;
6 - AIDS is a contagious pathological process;
7 - HIV is responsible for numerous illnesses;
8 - It is better for people to know their serological HIV status;
9 - There is indeed an AIDS pandemic affecting the general population;
10 - All medical researchers agree, indisputably, that HIV is the cause of AIDS. The fallacy of these ten statements is explained in a language that is accessible for the public at large. It is convincingly supported by a broad selection of bibliographical references. Obviously, AIDS research has been placed on the wrong track for the past 20 years, and AIDS statistics have been alarmingly inflated, for maximizing the enormous profits of the pharmaceutical industry. This has created a dramatic public health problem that should most urgently be corrected. Fortunately, this book ends up on a very optimistic consideration: being caused by toxic substances and nutritional deficiencies, AIDS can (and hopefully will) be readily prevented and cured, at a cost that shall be affordable for all governments of the planet.

It takes a Professor of Pathology, specialist in electron microscopy, successfully to de-bone and authoritatively to debunk claims for the isolation and existence of “HIV”.
De Harven, together with his co-author, science writer Jean Claude Roussez, have written a book of remarkable clarity for the lay reader. Ten Lies about AIDS provides a lucid A to Z of the arguments De Harven and many other leading scientists have been propounding over the last 20 years to a deaf scientific orthodoxy and a rigidly politically correct gay establishment.
With a sense of palpable horror De Harven describes how his own peers have hoodwinked the scientific establishment over the identification of HIV.
Acquired immunodeficiency is nothing new and has long been associated with two main causes: malnutrition and the use of certain substances harmful to the immune system like drugs, certain medicines and blood transfusions.
However, according to the authors, the hypothesis of the isolation of a retrovirus as the “probable” cause of AIDS was precipitously formulated in 1983-1984. As Peter Duesberg put it, the AIDS virus had been “invented”.
De Harven describes it as “scientifically absurd”,
“Scientific integrity took a back seat in this adventure. Pressure groups, the media and the pharmaceutical giants quickly saw the huge potential profit to be made from this pseudo-scientific development, in what will probably remain the blackest page in the history of medicine.”
De Harven’s long career in the field of electron microscopy and virology provides him with all the necessary credentials to linger on his second lie, “There is an AIDS virus: HIV”. He states that the so-called retrovirus “HIV” has never been isolated because HIV has never been purified according to accepted standards for the isolation of a retrovirus. He rejects the announcement in Science, May 1983 claiming the isolation of HIV through the observation of the enzymatic activity of reverse transcriptase (a molecular marker said to demonstrate the presence of a retrovirus) in a fraction sedimenting at 1.16 g/ml (the density band at which retroviruses sediment). De Harven refutes this on the grounds that reverse transcriptase is not a specific marker for retroviruses and that at 1.16 g/ml the density gradient is full of cell debris such as “microvesicles”.
Therefore,
“Collecting material at this density is not sufficient to proclaim the isolation of a retrovirus."
In lie three, “HIV is the cause of AIDS,” the authors state,
“The dogmatic acceptance of the viral hypothesis has totally eclipsed the real causes of AIDS.”
They describe the nonsense of the thirty illnesses officially listed as being AIDS-defining and all allegedly caused by HIV, several of which have nothing to do with immunodeficiency, and chronicle the toxicity of the medicinal drugs given to treat the so-called viral condition instead of the symptoms of the disease.
They are particularly aware of the way in which AIDS has appeared in the homosexual community and describe the very high use by homosexuals of recreational drugs including inhaled nitrites, PCP, ethyl chloride and cocaine.
The long term effects of many of these drugs are cumulative and it can take several years for drug addicts to exhibit illnesses that are erroneously attributed to a “slow” virus. The information regarding immunodeficiency and drug abuse has been in the public domain for many years,
“…which makes the attitude of the organisations and professionals in charge of public health unforgivable, when they had the likely evidence for the chemical origin of AIDS before their eyes, at least in the case of drug addicts.”
The fifth lie requires special attention: “HIV positivity is a sign of HIV infection.”
Here the authors challenge the reliability of an antibody test, a surrogate marker test, which has no gold standard and where the criteria for testing HIV antibody positive varies from one country to another, making it possible for you to be negative in one country on day and positive in another the next.
Furthermore de Harven points to the fact that some of the viral proteins said to be specific to HIV are endogenous and antibodies to these could be found in all of us.
The measuring of “viral load” through PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) to ascertain the level of “HIV” infection is rejected and the inventor of PCR, Nobel Prize winner Dr Kari Mullis is quoted as describing the use of PCR for an alleged measurement of “HIV viral load” as fraudulent.
In lie six the authors categorically refute the idea that AIDS is contagious and in lie eight, “HIV causes numerous illnesses,” we are reminded that in general human pathology,
“…not one single disease has ever been shown to he caused by a retrovirus”
In lie nine, “It’s better to know that you are HIV-positive,” the harm caused by a positive diagnosis and the subsequent antiviral therapies is of grave concern to the authors.
Even the ELISA test manufacturers' brochures say that a positive reaction to their test kits cannot be used, in itself, a as diagnosis for AIDS.
However, say the authors,
“All over the world there are hundreds of thousands of healthy “seropositive” individuals whose health is kept stable by good personal hygiene and a balanced diet, and who do not expose themselves to any antiviral therapy.”
De Harven was invited to be a member of the then President Thabo Mbeki’s Presidential AIDS Advisory Panel in Pretoria, South Africa. In the last two chapters of the book the authors describe the gross misrepresentation of AIDS statistics in Africa and the valiant efforts of Thabo Mbeki in supporting a debate in which the key role of HIV was brought into question, also for encouraging a series of ten controlled experiments for the verification of the HIV-AIDS hypothesis.
Many obstacles from the orthodox camp were put in the way of these experiments and to this day they have not been conducted.
I thoroughly recommend this book for anyone who has had the remotest doubt about the cause of AIDS. It is written by two scientists who perfectly understand the needs of the lay reader but with no trace of condescension.

WHY IS AIDS HARD TO BE HEALED ?
On December 14^th, 1995, the doctors in San Francisco Hospital, USA, did a treatment to the AIDS patients by baboon marrow transplant. It was done on the research result of the scientists from Pittsburgh University, with the leader Dr. Suzanne T. Ildstad, who found that a baboon has immunity to HIV. This operation is the third experiment. Two transplant operations before had failed, therefore, USA government forbade the treatment. The third patient, Jeff Getty is 38 years old, insisted that he was allowed to follow the baboon marrow transplant. He made campaign for it for two years because there is no other treatment alternative. And it worked by the issue of a permission from Food and Medicines Board of Trusteed, USA. He become the third patient as a partner of California San Francisco University Research Team ( UCSF ) and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania University who designed and implemented the experiment. Jeff Getty left San Francisco Hospital on January 4^th, 1996. The doctors said that Getty showed a good condition after transplating. But the UCSF - Pittsburgh Research Team was too early in judging that experiment worked. It was also too early to say that the cell of baboon marrow had joined well with Getty's just like what they hope. The member of the research team, Dr. Deeks, said that it needed 6 months to judge whether the transplant procedure was really safe. Dr. Hugh Auchincloss from Massachusets gave pessimistic comments, that the transplantation most possibly will make Getty death faster, not prevent it. It really needs to ask, is it true if the baboon has immunity on AIDS ? If it's true, does the immunity factor come from cell-T protein layer composition which is produced by its spinal cord, or it's caused by other factor ? The question above is related to many unrevealed things about AIDS. More than 15 years, noone knows the existance of that disease. The science and technology have developed, so why does it need a long time to find the formula ? Maybe the darkness in this problem is caused by the wrong identification on the meaning of HIV. If it happens, of course, we won't find the way out.*) There are some reasons about the possibilities why the wrong identification on the meaning of HIV can happen : First, virus is not the only cause of living cell damage. Living cell can damage itself, change its composition or doesn't have functions by other causes, for example, it's caused by radiation or by chemical process. Second, the research on micro element which has a value approaches zero can be believed directly as a final result. The example is in physics. It was agreed firstly that atom consists of basic elements : proton, electrone, and neutron. For many years, it was found smaller elements : meson, lepton, photon, and quarks. Till this time, world physicist can't make sure what elementer particle which can become a nature foundation brick. Third, that the human senses ability is limited, although it has already been helped by the sophisticated equipment. Related to micro element, human can only know the element characteristic - that can be defined in Laws or Theory - and not the real basic element. This human senses ability limitation has been admitted formally in modern physics, in the form of the confession on Heisenberg Theory : Uncertainty Principle ( 1927 ). Note : _ That the human eyes can see something only on the wavelength coverage 300 - 700 nm. _ Many drawings of atomic particle available at the quantum physical theory, all them are models applied to explain the natures of the said particles. Such models are constructed based on assumptions standing on the Law of Physics and Logical Postulate. Unfortunately, In Biology I do not find any Law and Postulate as those in quantum physics. For example, having seen the size of a Virus smaller than 400 nm, are many drawings of various kinds of viruses really in conformity with they actual conditions, and not just only models based on the logical assumption ? And if the drawings of various kinds of virus are models just like the ones of atom in quantum physics, what are the bases of their Law and Postulates ? Fourth, virus theory ( science of virology ) hasn't given scientific explanation on the basic question : How is the beginning process of HIV appearance ( The Origin of HIV ) ? Most of scientists agree that AIDS appeared because of inappropriate life style ( MSM, Free Sex ), if it's asked, how can the beginning process of HIV appearance alighted the MSM doers, the scientific explanation will be hard to give, at least the answer maybe because it's a God's curse. Note : _ Not only for HIV / AIDS, the wrong identification maybe also for another diseases, for example Influenza and Smallpox. Where did Influenza virus come from ? Influenza, commonly known as flu, is an infectious disease of birds and mammals. I disagree . I think that is something misconception in science of virology, and that's Do Not Make Sense. In my opinion, or my Hypothesis : Ultra Violet Radiation is the main causal factor for Influenza ( and Smallpox ) viruses. Influenza viruses : Reaction between Ultra Violet and Oxygen in the air which will produce Ozone, and a lot of Ozone caused chemical process in the living tissue, and the result is Flu viruses. Fifth, AIDS is a disease that appeared in the modern era of the end of 20th century, in sequence with other kinds of diseases, like Cancer, Cataract, Hemorrhage Dengue, Hepatitis, etc. Various kinds of Cancer have been known the cause. It is because of the radiation from Global Warming or and Environment Pollution. Conclusion / Hypothesis : AIDS are caused by a kind of Radiation and result from Lifestyle Factors .**) If there has been proved it's true, then it can be explained the reason of the experiment failure in Baboon Marrow Transplant ( Two transplant before had failed ).***) It was the immunity that the Baboon has on AIDS is not because its T-Cell protein layer composition, but it was a natural immunity on radiation which is caused by feathers and skin structure the Baboon has, and its habitat that is resistant on radiation. From the discussion above, it has been explained that global warming causes the opening to the chronical radiation which comes from sunlight, while the environment pollution causes the opening to the radiation from a natural radionuclide which exists in surrounding. Started from here, appeared various kinds of cancer, and in a certain area, the speed of growth is very high. Not only cancer, but also other diseases have been identified as diseases because of virus attack, and it was thought that it comes from radiation process. Disturb the cell function, for example, virus attack which causes influenza. If the virus attack stops because it has been cured, then the disturbed living cells work normally. 2. Change the cell composition, automatically it will change the cell function. For example, the virus attack which causes cancer disease that causes gen mutation in cells so that the cells become abnormal. If the virus attack stops because it has been cured, then half of cells composition in the living tissue is still abnormal. This causes cancer can " grow " again. 3. Damage the cell composition, automatically it makes the living cells don't have functions. This virus attack which causes the damage of T-cell in blood, a cell that has a function as a human immunity factor on diseases ( the AIDS causes ). Based on the thinking above, the writer is trying to define the meaning of virus, different from the definition of virus right now in virology. The definition is formulated in hypothesis that the writer called Hypothesis Q :" A Virus is not kind of micro living things, but it is a particle / poisonous agent occuring due to chemical process which is caused by radiation in a living tissue. Its multiplication / proliferation is influenced by the on-going radiation intencity. If the effects of radiation are terminated, viruses will stop their multiplication / proliferation. The hypothesis formulation doesn't mean to refuse or deny the theories in virology , but to complete and unite the theories in one perception, tends to the effort of finding the curing formula. It will be reached if the truth has been proven after the test / research.
About HIV / AIDSRadiation in a certain intensity can damage the important molecule structur, and becomes the living cells have no function or dead. The radiation sensitivity on living cells is on the young cells, the growing cells, and the cells which cleave quickly. Photon shoots penetrates the skin layer, and damage T-cell protein layer. 2. Photon energy influences ions in prothoplasm, causes a chemical reaction which destroys the RNA genetic materials. 3. Next, based on the process above, causes T-cell breaks and has no functions. Considering that photon shoots from radiation is not a single photon, but in certain amount, also progresses continuously from day to day, then it causes the " HIV " ( toxic ) grows fast in the patient's body. There are many kinds of HIV : VIH-1, VIH-2 and the sub-group A, B, C, and etc. It's because there is radionuclide difference which exists naturally in surroundings. DIRECT AND INDIRECT ACTION OF IONIZING RADIATION ON DNA.

Inside the nucleus of each human cell there are 46 chromosomes organized into two sets of 23 chromosomes. Packaged inside these chromosomes is our DNA, the genetic material we receive from our parents. The DNA within our cells is continually being exposed to DNA-damaging agents. These agents include ultraviolet light, natural and man made mutagenic chemicals and reactive oxygen species generated by ionizing radiation. When cells are exposed to ionizing radiation, radiochemical damage can occur either by direct action or indirect action. Direct action occurs when alpha particles, beta particles or x-rays create ions which physically break one or both of the sugar phosphate backbones or break the base pairs of the DNA. The base pairs adenine, thymine guanine and cytosine are held together by weak hydrogen bonds. Adenine always pairs with thymine (except in RNA where thymine is substituted by uracil) and guanine always pairs with cytosine. The bonding of these base pairs can also be affected by the direct action of ionizing radiation. DIRECT ACTION  Please note: This diagram gives the impression that alpha particle breaks the “backbone” of the DNA, the beta particle breaks hydrogen bonds, and X-rays damage bases when in fact all three types of radiation can cause all three types of direct damage. However, heavy charged particles such as alpha particles have a greater probability of causing direct damage compared to low charged particles such as X-rays which causes most of its damage by indirect effects. The DNA base pairs form sequences called nucleotides which in turn form genes. Genes tell the cell to make proteins which determine cell type and regulate cell function. When such breaks occur, DNA usually repairs itself through several different repair pathways (nucleotide excision repair, blunt end ligation, or homologous recombination. The nucleotide excision process has three steps: - Endonucleases cut out the damaged DNA
- Resynthesis of the original DNA by DNA polymerase
- Ligation whereby the sugar phosphate backbone is repaired.
These repair processes are highly efficient since we have evolved as a species in a sea of radiation. DNA repair takes place continuously, involving every cell in our bodies several times per year. Occasionally, however, damage to the base pair can occur when the DNA is incorrectly repaired and the wrong nucleotide is inserted which can lead to cell death or a mutation. Remember your DNA is the code which determines the type and function of the cell. There are two basic types of mutations: -
Base substitutions — this is the replacement of one base by another. For example, if a DNA molecule usually contains guanine at a certain position, but adenine takes the place of the guanine, then a base substitution has occurred. There are two types of base substitutions:
- transitions — these involve the replacement of one purine with the other purine, (adenine and thymine), or the replacement of one pyrimidine with the other pyrimidine (cytosine and guanine)

" The health disturbance like cancer, attitude change, lost of memory, Parkinson and Alzheimer, AIDS, a sudden baby dead syndrome, and lots of others, including the increase of suicide numbers are said that it is an effect from electromagnetic wave radiation, " the statement of WHO.
Electromagnetic field comes from things that we usually meet and grows guickly in the environment which has effects in the daily life. The effect is still faded and speculative. However, WHO critisized the last research as " out of focus " and " not independent " research. The WHO EMF project will find out the effect of electromagnetical field on health and environment, whether it's statical electromagnetical field or fluctuated. The fluctuated field start from zero frequency ( Direct Current ) until 300 Giga Hz, approaching the highest limit of radio wave. EVIDENCE THAT INVALIDATES THE HIV - HYPOTHESIS. By Mohammed Ali Al-Bayati The following is a list of medical facts that invalidate the HIV-hypothesis' claim which states that HIV selectively kills CD4+T cells and cause AIDS: 1. The reduction of CD4+ T cells in HIV positive homosexual men who used rectal steroid was reversed after the cessation of the treatment with corticosteroids (Sharpstone et al., 1996). If the HIV is the cause of AIDS in these patients then the cessation of the steroids will not reverse the disease. 2. The reversal of the reduction of CD4+ T cells in HIV-positive pregnant women following the feeding multivitamin and provided balanced diet disprove the idea that HIV is the cause of AIDS. The average CD4+ T cells increase in these patients from 426/µl to 576/µl (Fawzi, et al. 1998). 3. The lymph nodes of majority of the 505 HIV-infected individuals showed lymphoid hyperplasia that include T and B cells (Al-Bayati, 1999). 4. The lymphoid atrophy observed in HIV-infected patients include reduction in T cells (CD4+ and CD+8), B cells, and stroma (Al-Bayati, 1999; Muro-Cacho, et al., 1995). 5. HIV particles were found in CD4+, CD8+ T cells, B cells, and other cells indicating HIV do not need specific receptors as the HIV-hypothesis predict (Al-Bayati, 1999). 6. 90% of AIDS cases were reported to be in drugs users and homosexuals and the changes in the lymphoid organs of HIV-negative drug users or homosexuals were similar to those described in HIV-positive drug users and/or homosexual men ( Fauci, et al., 1998; Al-Bayati, 1999). 7. There are numerous diseases caused by the use of drugs by inhalation such as lung fibrosis, thrombocytopenia and these diseases are chronically treated with high therapeutic doses of corticosteroids ( Fauci, et al., 1998; Al-Bayati, 1999). The long term use of corticosteroids (3-6 months) at dose levels of 60 mg per day can cause AIDS in HIV negative patients (Al-Bayati, 1999). 8. The haemophilia patients are chronically treated with immunosuppressive agents to prevent the development of antibodies to factor VIII and IX and reductions in T cells have been observed in HIV-positive and HIV negative haemophilia patients on corticosteroids ( Fauci, et al., 1998; Al-Bayati, 1999). 9. Blood transfusion patients and people with organ transplants develop AIDS after being treated with corticosteroids and the list of opportunistic diseases described in these groups are similar to those described in people with AIDS ( Fauci, et al., 1998). 10. Patients described with idiopathic CD4+ T cells lymphocytopenia have identical changes in the lymph node to those in people with AIDS, yet these people were HIV negative( Fauci, et al., 1998; Al-Bayati, 1999). 11. HIV-negative people with severe malnutrition have AIDS and show severe atrophy of thymus( Fauci, et al., 1998; Al-Bayati, 1999). 12. The majority (77%) of the cases (2349) in the four AZT clinical trials with AIDS or reduce immunity were HIV-negative (Fischl, et al., 1987 and 1990; Volberding , et al., 1990; Hamilton, et al., 1992; Al-Bayati, 1999). 13. The incubation of HIV with T cells in vitro did not kill any cells for about 4 months (Hoxie, et al., 1985). 14. There are thousands of cases infected with the HIV and did not show any symptoms for more than 10 years (Fauci, et al., 1998; Al-Bayati, 1999). Is 'HIV' Really the Cause of AIDS?

Their nutrition is not very equilibrated, they are in oxidative stress, even if they are not infected with HIV; so their immune system doesn’t work well already.
